We are a looking for a Senior IT Business Partner to make an impact! In this role, you play a key role working with front office, marketing, and commercial functions in the East Asia Japan Zone. This role involves building and developing relationships with key leaders and stakeholders, managing demand processes, defining, and maintaining the digital/ IT/ ERP landscape and roadmap, establishing an effective governance model, securing technical expert resources, aligning business perception with reality, driving business transformation and growth digitization, and providing people leadership.

What will you do?
- Build and develop relationship key front office, marketing, commercial leaders and business stakeholders in East Asia Japan Zone
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business/digital ambitions and priorities
- Accountable for "Demand management process" to manage IT demands from Business entities and ensuring demands are approved and budgeted for support Sales, Commercial, Marketing, CCC and related departments to achieve their goals from an IT perspective.
- Lead in the evolution of Digital/IT/ERP system in line with business evolution in the area of finance/accounting and the other related processes.
- Collaborate with Global/Regional/Local Schneider Digital to align with initiatives/projects roadmaps, change management, resources requirements (global, regional, local)
- Identify key business teams/stakeholders & seek for a nominee to formal & regular interactions.
- Develop as trusted partner to Business Leaders, senior Commercial and Marketing, Business Development stakeholders within East Asia Japan Zone
- Understand how data is created/updated in business processes and support data chief officer to improve the data quality across East Asia zone
- Perform annual budgeting exercise (in collaboration with EIT Finance)
- Resource Planning for Initiatives/Projects for Project Management, Technical Resources
- Network with industry peers and understand and be aware of best digital practices.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or equivalent disciplines
- Minimum 8 years' experience in manufacturing industry, business partnering and strong understanding of commercial, customer service, distribution business process.
- Project management experience required.
- Seasoned communicator and strong collaboration with senior management as well as middle/front line management
- Strategic thinker and strong transformation leader
- SAP SD and MM module experience highly preferred.
