What You'll Own
This isn't a traditional reporting manager role. It's a high-impact position at the heart of Schneider's U.S. finance transformation - combining strong accounting control with digital-first process design.
Your scope includes:
• Own U.S. statutory and group reporting integrity, ensuring IFRS/GAAP compliance across entities and systems (Oracle, SAP)
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles; drive accuracy, audit-readiness, and process consistency
• Act as Accounting Process Transformation Lead: design, simplify, and digitize key workflows (e.g. reconciliations, intercompany, JE governance)
• Drive core finance and accounting KPIs
• Drive alignment between Oracle ERP and group consolidation tools (HFM/Hyperion)
• Serve as key accounting SME on the ERP migration from SAP to Oracle - map legacy processes, own GL logic, and steer reporting integrity
• Collaborate with redesign of transactional workstreams (e.g. Fixed Assets, Cash, AP/AR)
• Oversee U.S. government reporting requirements and SOX control design
• Mentor and grow a high-performing team (2-4+ direct reports); shape succession pipeline and performance culture

What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications:
• CPA required; Master's in Accounting/Finance preferred
• 8+ years of experience, including time in a Big 4 or global controllership setting
• Strong command of IFRS, GAAP, and consolidation logic
• Managerial experience: performance coaching, delegation, and team planning
Preferred:
• ERP transition and multi-ERP environment experience
• Comfort leading cross-functional projects with finance systems, IT, and offshore teams
• Proven transformation exposure: automating processes, standardizing and optimizing JE postings, etc.
