Our team is focused on designing and building a portfolio of energy products to serve customers in their residential and solar needs. We are currently seeking highly motivated Engineering Program Managers, who will be responsible for the end-to-end success of the programs they oversee.
You will be responsible for the final delivery of program(s) through planning and execution of activities required to meet program goals, working extensively with engineering, product, supply chain, and many other departments across the company.
What will you do?
- Be a strong leader, acting like the "COO" of your program
- Be the primary point of contact across the broader organization for anything related to your program. This includes presenting updates to executives, and collaborating with teams & individuals across the company to ensure overall success
- Leverage your broad knowledge of x-functional activities to help programs strategically navigate through complex issues.
- Ensure the engineering & broader teams are aligned on goals and milestones across the Product Development Process
- Own the budget, schedule, and cost of your products.
- Support the team in mitigating risks and navigating complex issues that arise during development & launch
- Run efficient meetings and be a strong communicator, ensuring that team members get the information they need, when they need it.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

- BS in relevant technical or engineering discipline, with 7 years of experience in program management
- Experience managing large x-functional engineering and operational teams working on new product development
- Experience working with vendors globally (manufacturing & engineering)
- Strong written and oral presentation skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills, ability to manage multi-cultural and global team, be a team player in a few projects within a fast-paced work environment.

The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is CAD $106,000-$160,000 for candidates who are B.C. residents. Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers an inclusive benefits package to support all of our employees such as flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, pension matching, well-being programs, holidays & paid time off, and more.
