The Role: Senior Electrical Engineer - Sustaining
Include all activities where Electronic Hardware expertise is needed. It covers digital and analogic electronics, and it is used in many situations; requirements, specifications, architecture, design, test, anticipation, THT, Core Engineering & Technology. Delivers elements of given design for other functions by respect of process and best practices or Designs offered from Technical Specifications to meet Customer Values expectations and Quality goals for Supply Chain constraints or develops a strong expertise in Electronics Hardware, in order to reinforce our technical leadership. A thought leader with a good understanding of the customer processes, impacting business and customer.

What will you do?
Responsible for continuously driving product quality improvement and providing technical expertise:
• Serve as a focal solution provider for Field Failure resolution through rapid Corrective Action (CA) activities serving as a 24x7 escalation point for field problems on start-ups as well as for manufacturing engineering for technical issues. New Product Development (NPD) technical reviewer ensuring NPD issues are caught early and fixed prior to release to production via rapid CA and by injecting value engineering concepts to solve projected manufacturing problems
• Serve as a single-point escalation path for technical issue resolution from manufacturing and the field via PRB and Technical expert support
• Serve as a technical execution owner of the PEP process
Who would be successful?
• A minimum of 5 years of design or product engineering experience gained in AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC power conversion, manufacturing environment or similar electronics manufacturing environment
• Experience in 3 Phase uninterruptible power supply greater than 10KVA is a definite advantage
• High level of problem solving capacity is required
• Self starter
• Strong leadership potentials
• Good technical report writing skills
• Can interface with the customers and deliver APC solutions
• Team Oriented
• Excellent business ethics and integrity
• Highly independent and self starter
• Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must
• Works on minimal supervision
• Detail driven individual with an eye for detail
• Demonstrates a methodical work organization
• Comfortably work under a lot of pressure
• Work Location: Rosario, Cavite
• Working arrangements: Normal dayshift, Hybrid setup
