Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Procurement Deployment Manager - EMS/CM in our Monterrey, Mx location.

EMS/ CM commodity group belongs to Global Supply Chain EE market, covering PCBA and Fabricated Finished Good SKUs for SE. The global spend is nearly 1B Euro for this commodity.
The job involves:
• Working Cross-functionally with Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain.
• Acting as liaison between Procurement and Supply Chain Deployment teams
• A full-time position in light of the complexity of the interaction between SE and specific suppliers.

Be the key contact between Schneider Electric and the Supplier and thus facilitate bi-directional communication:
• Help facilitate transfer of SKUs from internal factory to EMS/CM, primarily around 3 axis.
- Timely and competitive quotation aligned with industry standards, support to build business case.
- Execution: supplier manufacturing readiness (capabilities, investments, make/buy analysis)
- Execution: supplier supply chain readiness
• Build and govern holistic view of all projects being deployed in the region, primary contact window for all deployment related topics.
• Procurement lead, required to work closely with other functions to ensure timely deployment of projects in adherence with schedule.
• Work closely with the category management team to reduce cost and ensure we're launching product as best cost.
• Lead productivity ideas for the team, both engineering changes and change of suppliers for EMS and CM
• Coach and develop Procurement Deployment Leaders
• Document and define procurement deployment processes from start to finish, along with owners, targeted timelines, and critical paths.

§ Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Supply Chain Management preferred.
§ 10+ years procurement experience
§ Negotiation skills in a complex and moving environment
§ Ability to work in multicultural and cross functional mode, strong operational and strategical Skills, ability to deliver on time, work in project mode, meet deadlines, push decision
§ Ability to influence and convince internal and external stakeholders, aligning to EMS/CM Strategy
§ Track record of delivering results and driving tactical and strategic strategy
