We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Customer Project Manager to Manages the portfolio of a large datacenter for an international customer, handling projects with high complexity and risk.
The successful candidate MUST have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Leading a multi-country, multi-cultural project team to ensure customer satisfaction and financial performance. They will be required to manage relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring project execution aligns with the contract.

• Organize and manage the project team and suppliers, monitoring progress in line with the project plan.
• Ensure effective team communication and motivation.

• Manage project contracts, ensuring Schneider Electric's obligations and rights are fulfilled.
• Recover customer receivables with support from shared functions.
• Monitor, control, and report project execution status and KPIs.
• Inform management about project events impacting performance or compliance.
• Assess and manage risks and opportunities, including claims and variation orders.
• Drive customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Take accountability for project quality and profitability, including forecasting and revenue recognition.
• Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric processes, ethics, and quality instructions.
• Handle project transfer from sales to execution phases.
• Organize project supply chain and resource availability.
• Contribute to the PM Community of Practice, sharing lessons learned and best practices.
• Support pre-sales discussions.

Qualifications
• Advanced Diploma or Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field is required.
• PMP Certification or PRINCE 2 is mandatory.
• Master's degree is not mandatory but a distinct advantage.
• Minimum 5 years in customer project management in the energy business.
• Strong technical background in SADA, energy management solutions or electrical networks.
• Experience in the following segments Data Center, Smart Building, Utility & Transport.
• Strong communication skills in a cross-cultural environment.
• Capacity to drive and lead remote teams.
• Strong technical competencies in energy management and Schneider Electric solutions.
• Proven leadership skills in project contexts.
• Ability to understand, influence, and convince in a complex matrix organization.
• Creative problem solver, fostering cooperation.
• Advanced competencies in project controlling, scope management, and claim management.
