As a senior member of the Client Solutions Team, you will lead in ensuring the successful delivery of a wide range of complex contracted services to our clients, with a focus on supply, sustainability, and efficiency services. You will be the primary contact for client queries, collaborating with functional teams to resolve any issues promptly.

What your tasks will be:
  • Spearhead the onboarding of new clients and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely service delivery
  • Provide advanced client training on Schneider Electric's cloud-based energy and sustainability platform
  • Take charge of planning and managing energy procurement programs, addressing inquiries, and managing procurement activities (including end-to-end management of energy tenders with the clients and internal sourcing team)
  • Mentoring and training junior team members, providing guidance and support to new joiners
  • Delivering comprehensive budget and forecast reports based on service level agreements, working closely with clients to validate data and ensure accuracy - also provide help to junior members how to do reviews of the budgets and forecasts
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships at various levels
  • Identify and communicate potential improvements in our systems and procedures


What we need from you:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience in customer service/client management area
  • Fluency in English is a must, any additional European language (especially French, Dutch) is a huge advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Customer Focus:
    • Providing exceptional customer service is a key responsibility. You should have a customer-centric approach, ensuring clients' needs are understood and addressed;
  • Prioritization and Organization:
    • You should be able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize your work. Given the abundance of information, you must be able to sort through it efficiently and make appropriate and timely decisions;
  • Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset:
    • You should possess the ability to thoroughly analyze and understand provided data. This includes identifying any gaps in data collection initiatives;
  • Proactive and Initiative-Driven:
    • You should have a proactive mindset and be able to take initiative without being explicitly instructed. You should be self-motivated and demonstrate a "winner mentality" by recognizing tasks that need to be done and taking action accordingly;
  • Responsibility:
    • Collaboration with internal teams is essential. You will work closely with them and oversee and monitor their work before it is delivered to the customer. Taking responsibility for ensuring the quality of deliverables is important;
  • Adaptability:
    • The ability to adapt to changing technologies and client requirements is important. A Client Delivery Specialist should be flexible, quick to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
