The Role: Senior Business Analyst
Responsibilities
Senior Business Analyst
ü Fulfills technical missions, with autonomy to propose/develop complex solutions in a technical domain. May have hierarchical or functional responsibilities. May provide mentoring, instructions/assistance, helps establishing internal procedures and best practices. Work is given through general guidelines, and independent and collaborative in nature.
ü Designs and develops advanced data management/analytic models and applications.
ü Performs coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the application development process and in agile mode.
ü Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.

ü Is occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
ü Understanding and familiarization of key business processes, tools and metrics
ü Ability to facilitate meetings and gather requirements from stakeholders
ü Ability to define, analyze, validate and prioritize requests based on business value.
ü Translate business requirements into comprehensive report/data visualization, provide accurate results and actionable insights.
ü Efficiently prepare and maintain reports/dashboards to ensure optimal storage and/or tools performance is achieved all the time.
ü Effectively and proactively communicates with stakeholders, team-members and other support teams to promote synergy
ü Perform timely ad-hoc supports requests in support of business needs, escalations and/or process improvement initiatives
ü Manage end-to-end project requests completion in a timely manner
ü Create detailed process-flow and or documentations for all requests/projects handled
ü Identify and drive internal needs for improvements with the way we deliver our projects and the way we work
ü Perform other related projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• At least 5-8 years experience in data-centric, reports creation/business analyst role
• Expert knowledge in Tableau
• Basic knowledge in Alteryx or any equivalent ETL tool
• Basic knowledge SQL
• Experience/Knowledge in using Salesforce, Sap, Oracle, Genesys is a plus
• Knowledge of database engines (Microsoft SQL), Microsoft 365 Apps such as but not limited to: PowerApps, Sharepoint is a plus
• Ability to perform analysis, formulated conclusions and recommend actions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English required.
• Ability to communicate and work with cross-functional teams and cross-country stakeholders is a must.
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with project management is a plus
• Highly motivated and eager to learn new applications and/or tools
• Displays a positive and team first attitude
• Continuously seeks ways to enhance contribution to those they support
• Must be able to juggle many multiple projects simultaneously.
• Supports hybrid work model. Work at Home and Work at On-Site (1x/ week).
• Willing to work on night shift.
