For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $98,400 - $147,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Are you ready for an exhilarating role within the Titan Transformation program at Schneider Electric? We're seeking a dynamic Senior Logistics Business Analyst to spearhead the deployment of SAP across our North America plants.
What will you do?
- Lead the identification of Logistics business requirements and develop customer story backlog for SAP
- Act as a Change Agent, facilitating resolution of issues between legacy and future state ERP systems
- Ensure transfer of SAP knowledge to key users, data owners, and local management teams
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and capture user feedback
- Drive continuous process improvement efforts through research, data analysis, and problem-solving
- Lead business requirement gathering to deliver substantial business value
- Act as a business representative for the program, with an in-depth understanding of current Logistics processes and systems
