Job Description
- Support countries in understanding KPIs and Metrics to drive their business and to take actions based on Filed Services process knowledge.
- Support leaders to deep dive into the data to precisely identify actions to be launched for better adaptation (e.g., training), for more reliability (e.g., data rework)
- Balance any KPI value and derivation with business context
- Ensure on time delivery and in actionable quality committed deliveries.
Improved Solution and Change Management:
- Driving creation and maintenance of KPI business Intelligence to expose metrics around Service Operation
- Be able to drive changes in the source of reporting and/or the user experience one.

- He/she will be also accompanying the change of BI solution for strongly contribute to design of new solution (workshop with BI Subject Matter Expert), mock up and deliver in production reports with an attention to the user experience.
- He/she will be a backup for data warehouse management and changes needed to provide sustainable service to the customer of these reporting.
- He/she will contribute to change management around business reporting by developing training material and preparing / animating training sessions.
- He/she will contribute to animate the BI Network of Excellence by collecting and prioritize request for changes, gather them in release for robust and long term delivery along with clarity to the community
Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills 1 - Required:
- Strong analytics skills
- Strong skills in Report generation
- Typically, he/she will be certified GOLD for the report & dashboard in bFO/bFS with a significant experience in handling them through various report type and several axes of analysis and breakdown (e.g. country)
- Must effectively interface with all internal Stakeholders (see "Interactions" as well as all cross functional teams relevant to data reporting (Business Intelligence, Order Management, Analysis).
- Must be highly proficient in SQL, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Background in Alteryx is a plus
- Must be able to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
- Technology savvy with the ability to learn new applications and concepts
- Structured and organized working style
- Should be able to handle multiple projects at one time
Knowledge and Skills 2 - Desired but not essential:
- Able to learn new tools, software and processes
- Must be able to take direction, listen to needs of business managers, and interpret their needs to technical instructions
- Must be able to provide documentation and feedback on project request and communicate clearly any problems or obstacles
- Candidate will be assigned a specific business manager to support and will need to learn the basic business drivers of their area.
- Good understanding of Service process such as work order flow, Time Sheets, dependencies of metrics is helpful
- Knowledge of other Service areas such as Sales, Order Management, Supply Chain and Finance desired.
