Join our inno2fleet team to help companies replace their vehicle fleets with more sustainable electric vehicles , while providing charging infrastructure both at their premises and at employee homes.
As a Technical Lead for our software platform , you will collaborate with our enthusiastic team on building tools for companies to build-out and manage their EV fleet char ging infrastructure and integration with external service providers . This role provides a lot of freedom to influence the technical direction for the project, while working on challenging problems that help make world more sustainable.

This role is focused on supporting our Installer Platform : a platform that enables customers to quickly get an EV charger delivered and installed through a trusted partner . You are expected to tak e ownership of the architecture, deployment and maintenance of the platform , while also helping build and maintain other components of the inno2fleet offering.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Run a software engineering team consisting of backend and frontend experts using agile methodologies .
- Technical Leadership for existing and new microservices built with NodeJS/TypeScript .
- Maintain, operate and monitor existing and new services deployed to Microsoft Azure with Kubernetes by building and operating CI/CD pipelines and following a DevOps philosophy .
- Provide thorough documentation for all the team's deliverables.
- Collaborate with worldwide stakeholders to define and develop new features for the backend services powering our APIs - mostly focused on European partners with occasional need for collaboration with USA (both East and West Coast).
- Manage, mentor and grow people in the team.
- Communicate across different cultures to bring multiple teams together.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in b ackend web API d evelopment .
- Experience with our core technologies (TypeScript, NodeJS, Ne s tJS , PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes ).
- Preaches good development practices:
- Clean and maintainable code.
- Automated test coverage.
- Continuous integration and continuous deployment.
- Code reviews.
- Cloud DevOps experience : deployed and operated web services using IaaC approach , ideally on MS Azure.
- Customer & Product focus - care about doing what's best for your customers.
- Good communicator, an agile mindset and able to break down complex problems for different audiences.
- Professional English proficiency , German is a plus.
- Experience working in an international environment a plus.
- Experience with fintech or ERP systems and marketplace integrations is a plus.
