What will you do?

  • Strategic Development: Own, define, and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the CPG segment, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
  • Account Management: Develop key account plans for selected customers, establishing strong relationships with decision-makers in engineering, purchasing, and other relevant departments.
  • Sales Growth: Drive profitable sales growth by securing order targets, maximizing direct and indirect revenue, and maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Animate and coordinate the entire ecosystem of end-users, specifiers, and channels to capture optimum share of wallet for Schneider Electric's offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including solution architects and business units, to develop tailored solutions that address customer needs in the CPG sector.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities to inform strategic decision-making and enhance Schneider Electric's value proposition.
  • Thought Leadership: Position yourself as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the CPG field, championing innovative solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by completing strategic account plans that meet company standards and effectively addressing customer pain points.
  • Reporting: Conduct sales forecasting and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.com

What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably within the CPG or related sectors (e.g., Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage).
  • Proven track record in solution-based selling, particularly in high-impact projects and consultative sales approaches.
  • Strong understanding of the CPG industry, including regulatory requirements, customer needs, and technological advancements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a strong capability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven mindset.
