  • Work focuses on installing, configuring, calibrating, and repairing technical products and systems at customer field locations including:
  • Performing a variety of maintenance and technical support on installed products and equipment Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving malfunctions
  • Determining when products should be upgraded or replaced
  • May provide onsite training for customer support personnel
  • Requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education.

  • Proficiency in working with both analog and IP cameras, with the ability to adapt to different brands and graphical user interfaces (GUIs) seamlessly
  • Familiarity with Pelco products for effective utilization in relevant systems
  • Experience with software systems such as Genetech and Honeywell
  • Additional advantage with a background in network systems and related experience


What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Responsible for project delivery and field activities on customer installed base. Dedicated for field activities on customer installed base and project delivery.
  • Execution of technical tasks following notification, dedicated to asset management offer and project and engineering.
  • Execute installation, maintenance and repair on customer installed base, in a specific delimited know-how.
  • Identify new opportunities while attending customer sites to promote Services growt
