The Secure Power Division of Schneider Electric is a team who manages the IT Channel and Data Center Segment with Main Focus in Mission Critical Applications/End Users (Government, Cloud and Service Providers, Finance). Mission Summary
We are seeking a talented, results-oriented, and proactive person with a strong sales attitude to play a fundamental part in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives in various ways.
As a Secure Power Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining existing partnerships with IT System Integrators/Service Partners and also for hunting for new business opportunities through the existing partner base and/or directly with end-users .
What will you do?
- Manage and maintain existing partnerships, develop, and implement effective sales strategies, and provide outstanding support to maintain partner satisfaction and growth in sales.
- Hunt for New Business Opportunities, identify and seek new sales opportunities in government, cloud & service providers, finance, and telecommunication sectors.
- Drive competitive sales opportunities with relevant SE solutions and pricing strategy
- Conduct negotiations while leveraging your outstanding communication and pursuing skills to achieve agreements that benefit all parties involved.
- Build strong and valuable co-operation internally with other relevant business units
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced professional: You have a minimum of 3 years proven track record in a customer or partner facing role.
- Hunter Mentality: A proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, in English and Hungarian.
- Technical Acumen: Understanding of datacenter and critical infrastructure (secure power) business and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strategic thinker: You see the big picture and know how to align goals with actionable plans.
- Expertise in MS Office Applications: Excel, Word, Outlook
- B category driving license
- Open-mindedness, ease of establishing contacts
