Within the Schneider Digital International Ops - Business Analytics & Automation Team, we are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to manage a portfolio of Agile Business Intelligence projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience that includes Project Management with a strong background in BI, Tableau, or Data Engineering/ETL. Advanced BI skills and a passion for generating business insights are essential. Experience in IT consulting will be an advantage. The candidate must be passionate about learning, upskilling, and possess good business acumen and executive presence to work independently with leaders and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Agile BI projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices and principles.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Utilize past experience in Tableau or Data Engineering/ETL to provide valuable insights and guidance.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Agile project management, with a focus on BI projects.
• Past experience in Tableau or Data Engineering/ETL is preferred.
• Advanced BI skills and a passion for generating business insights.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Familiarity with data integration tools such as SQL, SSIS, or Alteryx.
• Good experience in IT consulting is an advantage.
• Strong Agile or Project Management skills; certification preferred (e.g., CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
