What do you get to do in this position?
We're looking for a passionate, experienced and skilled Scrum Master to help us consolidate, transform, and deliver information to Schneider Electric business organization for reporting and analytics. As a member of the growing Data Services team, and as a Scrum expert, you will help us define, plan and deliver iterative releases of analytical data delivery using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). You will work closely with Development, Product Management, Operations, and QA teams.

Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
The SCRUM MASTER will drive the daily development progress, conduct daily Stand-ups, identify and remove roadblocks, ensure User Stories are detailed, and work with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the backlog regularly. You will be responsible for breaking down and detailing roadmap items into Sprint deliverable User Stories at the team level. You will negotiate with Development and QA, ensuring what is developed can be tested and ultimately delivered within the Sprint. This role will also assist in triaging critical bugs that could impact the Sprint schedule. The SCRUM MASTER will be the organizational leader for the team, coaching and teaching and leading the team in Agile methodologies.
The right candidate will have the following capabilities and experience:
- Candidates considered for this role should have a BA/BS (or equivalent) plus 2-4 years of experience as a SCRUM MASTER.
- This role requires an understanding of the fundamentals of iterative development, software development processes and procedures. The candidate needs to bring experience in backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity and task definition.
- As the SCRUM MASTER you will understand the value of commitments to delivery made by the R&D team. As the SCRUM MASTER you will be familiar with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and best development practices. SAFe experience highly desired.
- Role requires familiarity working or leading efforts with Jira and Confluence
- Role requires familiarity working or leading efforts with Oracle, AWS, Redshift, and other Cloud technologies.

• Experience working in a matrix environment for a large global organization.
• Able to participate in and be aware of product features and their value realization.
