About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to join our team working on the Solid State Pro gram . This role will be based in Shanghai and will involve managing a distributed team of professionals from Europe and China. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse cultural and geographical boundaries. This role requires a leader who can drive innovation, promote teamwork, and ensure the successful delivery of cutting-edge solutions in the solid-state domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) to ensure effective team collaboration and progress tracking.

- Act as a servant leader to the development team, removing impediments and fostering a self-organizing, high-performing team environment.

- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of project goals, priorities, and deliverables.

- Promote Agile principles and practices within the team and organization, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to Agile frameworks.

- Manage and resolve conflicts, ensuring a positive and productive team.

- Track and report on team progress, using metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and other relevant KPIs.

- Support the team in adapting to changing requirements and priorities, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness.

- Facilitate cross-cultural communication and collaboration between team members in Europe and China.

- Drive innovation by encouraging creative problem-solving and the exploration of new ideas within the team.

- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members toward achieving project goals.

- Global Mindset: Experience working with international teams and navigating cross-cultural communication challenges.
