- guide the squad focusing on creating high value releases
- partner with Product Owners to ensure strategy and execution alignment
- facilitate (and be primarily responsible for) squad(s) rituals & key events
- drive continuous improvement by coaching Squads in Agile methodologies to maximize efficiency and self improvement
- drive change management
- identify, escalate, and help find resolutions to Squad obstacles
- master Agile processes and fine tune them to Squad needs while providing tools and methodologies to accelerate Squad delivery
- manage 1-2 Boards of Change for existing offers
Qualifications

This job might be for you if:
- Enable execution and alignment with the strategy and backlog of opportunities
- Collaborate with Product Owners and key stakeholders on prioritization and communications for value creation
- Coach squad members for multiple quality and value creation projects for relevant KPIs
- Support the squad on Offer Lifecycle Management through learning and coaching
- Promote agile ways of working including removing of impediments and executing agile rituals
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of product or project development experience is advantageous
- Ability and eligibility as a certified Scrum Master or willing to certify
- Strong facilitation techniques
- Ability to build and lead in a matrix environment
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Knowledge of an Agile Framework (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), and knowledge of at Agile at Scale frameworks (i.e. SAFe, Scrum at Scale, Nexus)
- Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery Squads
