  • Collaborate with FP&A's and Supply Chain Finance global teams to help digitize and standardize data and analytics processes across the organization.
  • Play a critical role in driving transformation within the team by leveraging digital tools more effectively to build the finance platform of the future, serving business partners and customers.
  • Contribute to the evolution of FP&A by focusing on value-added analytics and forward-looking metrics, enabling the digitization and enhancement of data and analytics processes.
  • Thrive in a dynamic and changing environment, contributing to the team's transformation for the future.

    Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support financial operations related to the Reynosa ASCO.
  • Assist in financial planning, including month-end close processes, quarterly forecasting, and the implementation of DFL and transformation initiatives.
  • Build and consolidate P&L information to create visual representations, analyze preliminary results, and draft detailed commentary on performance trends and underlying causes.
  • Collaborate proactively with various stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and alignment across teams.

  • Active student (your graduation is on december 2025 or after), currently pursuing a career in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Sciences, Business Administration or other related.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Interest in digital transformation and the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies to drive efficiency and innovation in finance processes.
  • English (Intermediate - Advanced)
  • Excel Intermediate - advanced.
