The Graduate Trainees will participate in key projects across core business units, having the opportunity to engage important clients, to develop commercial skills, as well as to interact with regional teams in Cavite Hub or global team.
Mentor Guidance and Support
The program appoints experienced mentors/Business leaders, providing structured guidance and support along the program to facilitate the development for the SGP Associates.
Throughout this experience, you will be mentored by the hub leaders, who will also enhance your collaboration between all the hubs and the other departments of the organization. Throughout the duration of your program, you will be assigned several projects of various lengths (short-medium-long term), working with different stakeholders on a broad range of activities such as and not limited to:
- Benchmark: identify gaps, make recommendations & implement new ideas
- Sales operations deployment (social selling, inside sales) and support function
- Measurement and analysis (i.e. business intelligence); analytics; dashboard and report creations
- Project Management & Change Management support
- Community management (Global Hub team)
- Lead generation and process mapping
- Internal Communication: creation & execution of communication plans
Mentoring & Career Sponsors
Senior manager level and cross Business /Function
- Help expand your network & exposure in SE
- Share professional/personal experience & practices
- Regular Check-in to ensure engagement & support trainees' professional & personal development
- Share insights from each other's expertise, work & life experience
Line Manager
- Orientation / Introduction for the relevant department
- Set clear goals & objectives for the assigned project
- Provide on-the-job coaching and feedback
- Collaboratively identify your learning & development needs & assign learning courses
- Review Performance & Development for each rotation
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering, or/and equivalent
- Proficient in English
- Great team players with strong leadership potential
- International mindset, a desire to influence and drive change and curiosity in learning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proactive for creativity with strong passion
- Embrace new technology and digital environment/digital mindset
- Adaptable, autonomous and organized
