We are seeking a senior dynamic professional to join our global team. She/He will be responsible to effectively align agile teams from multiple geographies and backgrounds in the successful development of Schneider Electric's new Multi-Circuit Metering offer.
Scrum of Scrum Masters (Release Train Engineers) are key positions in our global organization. You will be visible to stakeholders and leaders from several domains. In alignment with agile values, you will have a high degree of autonomy, meaning you will have agency for continuous improvement!
What will you do?
- Create an environment of trust and openness between Product Owners, Teams & Stakeholders
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure alignment of strategy to backlogs and execution
- Be the key facilitator of the agile release train (ART) and support the flow of work
- Manage inter-dependencies between agile teams, identify risks, escalate and help find resolutions
- Drive continuous improvement by coaching squads and squad members to maximize efficiency and self-improvement.
- Effectively manage change, consider trade-offs and present impact analysis to drive clarity
- Possess supervision skills to work in a global organization across time-zones, and with teams that are internal as well as with external contractor groups
- Manage lean budgets for the offer team
- Highlight and follow the adherence to guardrails
- Coach the team on agile values, culture and methodologies
- Master agile processes and fine tune them to the agile team needs while providing tools, methodologies and relevant KPIs/dashboards to accelerate team delivery
- Ensure transparency by setting-up relevant indicators and visual management on backlog, risks, planning, etc. using suitable tools and techniques

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Experience with hardware/firmware/software development projects in an agile environment, with solid understanding of agile and agile at scale frameworks
- 5+ years of work experience in product development
- Servant leader agile mindset
- Proficient communication and leadership skills
- Strong facilitation techniques
- Experience with change management
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field

The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is CAD $106,000-159,000 for candidates who are B.C. residents. Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
