SAP PP Senior Consultant
Roles & Responsibilities:
1 .High level of expertise on SAP PP module
2.On demand support to Global Business Process and Operational Divisions Teams as well as partners in charge of administration of data centers (database administration, upgrades, performance,)
3.Accountable for Solution issues escalated to the Global Support team. Ensure that tickets are properly responded to, fixed, tested and follows-up those until they are properly closed according to process defined. Support provided is functional (analysis, feed-back, recommendation ...).
4. Analyze content of releases on his/her area and recommend best organization as far as testing is concerned.

5.Liaise with regional / local support teams and testing factory to ensure that release validation process is done properly
6. Analyze, challenge, validate recommendations and actions of on his/her area
7.Liaise with Global Data Excellence and Business Process Leaders organization regarding problem solving and enhancement
8.Contribute, review and validate Core bugs & enhancements specification. Contribute to testing and validation.
Technology Skills:
1. 8 to 10 years of SAP PP experience with exposure to multiple projects like Global template design / build / validation, roll-out and support.
2. Sound Knowledge in the area of SAP - PP (Production Planning) with hands-on experience on the following areas.
• Discrete Manufacturing
Order creation, release & confirmation
Integration with Planning
Good knowledge on Printing of documents
• REM
• Collective Orders
• Major Strategies Used
• Knowledge on Information system of Orders
• Production Kanban
• Handled Different types of Subcontracting
• Capacity Planning
• SOP
• Master Production scheduling
• Demand Management
• Material Requirement planning
MRP Basics
MRP Results
• Purchase order Flow & Stock Transfer flow
• Handled Different types of Subcontracting
• EDI /IDOC integration usage with PO-SO flow
• Long Term Planning
• Exposure to any interface working is preferable
• Exposure to MM integration topics is added advantage
• Time Tracking integration with Orders
• Exposure to QM, PM integration topics is added advantage
• Exposure to MES system is added advantage
• Archiving knowledge of Order is added advantage
3. To have exposure on the regression testing
4. Exposure to ABAP Skills (Basic debugging skills)
5. The resource should have at least 8 years of SAP PP Experience and good experience in Procurement or Inventory Domain
6. Business experience or very good awareness on his/her area. Domain experience in Manufacturing is an added advantage
7. Very good knowledge of SAP functional (processes, available functionalities, ...) and technical background (customizing, environment, transport orders, ...), different stages of projects (run, deployments, testing, ...) as well as project management skills (planning follow-up, team work, multiple teams interaction,
8. S4 HANA exposure and certification is an added advantage

1.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to tailor communication to the intended audience (excellent English is a must)
