We're looking for a passionate Business Analyst to join the Titan Transformation Program. The Business Analyst ensures that Engineer-to-Order (ETO) business needs are correctly considered from a functional point of view in the solutions and systems delivered by the Run State and Titan Transformation team. The Business Analyst leads customer and business requirement gathering necessary to provided and deliver customer and business value. As an ETO Business Analyst, you will be part of an elite team of people that is leading the digital transformation within Schneider Electric's North America Market (NAM).
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure a successful transformation for the business as they move away from legacy current systems (Q2C, AMAPS, etc.) into the future state utilizing the latest version of SAP. The Business Analyst will work with an agile mindset and a focus on continuous improvement to add value to Global Supply Chain, the Middle Office order services and order engineering, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain management and the front office project management teams. You will work closely with the business and other resources across multiple work streams to guarantee that the deployed solution fits with the business needs for end-to-end operations focused on CTO and ETO solutions.

Areas of responsibility
- Lead in the identification of business requirements and development of the customer story backlog thru "simplification", "elimination", "automation", and "modernization" of the end-to-end process flow.
- • Create/Validate End to End process flows for Middle and Back Office process related to CTO/ETO business.
- • Lead and participate in stakeholder workshops
- • Work with key stakeholders to identify and understand their needs.
- • Capture feedback from users and identify "enhancements" of existing functionality.
- • Establish backlog of User Stories and specify the "WHO, WHAT, WHY" as well as Acceptance Criteria.
- • Serve as a Change Agent, supporting the Product Owner in resolving issues between legacy and future state ERP systems
- • Manage transfer of SAP knowledge to Key Users, data owners, and local management team
- • Lead identification of gaps between solution and local business requirements
- • Contribute to the resolution of process integration issues
- • Contribute to the deployment implementation process including user acceptance
- • Contribute to solution testing and demonstrations to business stakeholders
- • Contribute to localization of project documentation (training materials, test scripts, etc)
- • Be accountable for site readiness (planning, support, audit, training)
- • Ensure the ERP aligns with Schneider Performance Systems and the principles driven thru SPS
- • Prepare the future state with a transition to run state support processes, documentation, and alignment with an audit process for the ERP
- • Engage bridge key user networks to help prepare for the future state and align with ETO Effectiveness Organization
- Take a leadership position in the development process to ensure alignment, integration, and deployment of customer/business requirements. Actively engage in or with teams as required to support development, testing, and deployment of the business solutions.
- • Be accountable for Business Transformation, Solution decisions, Data accuracy, and Organizational Change Management
- • Actively participate and engage development teams the business to ensure timely work output
- • Contribute to Test Script development and acceptance criteria minimizing development rework
- • Attend (and present when required) targeted product demo sessions and provide feedback on solutions
- • Identifying key user business transformations and drive adoption with end users, surfacing issues and concerns from the business community
- • Contribute to Communications and Change Management Planning to ensure successful deployment
- • Managing work activity and collaborating remotely
Qualifications
Experience, Skills, & Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of work experience in the Order Managment or Sales
- SAP, Salesforce, or other systems experience.
- Forward thinking & Innovative with the ability to analyze and design business processes
- Has Industry and product knowledge and a fundamental knowledge of SE ETO processes and terminology
- Knowledge of operations and business processes
- Must have history of delivering results
- Ability to balance a workload while working on multiple priorities
- Availability to travel
- Possess strong listening, negotiation, decision making, problem solving
- Strong leadership & communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction to team on required clarifications
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail required to translate business value into effective User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Work experience in a CTO or ETO Plant with middle office functional experience
- Sales Distribution Deep understanding of Sales and Distribution processes within SAP
- Proficiency in SAP SD module and related integration with other modulesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant SAP certifications or training
- Advanced English
