For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $114,400 - $171,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In this pivotal role, you will drive our digital transformation efforts in manufacturing, quality, and plant maintenance. Your expertise will be essential in evaluating, testing, and enhancing business processes within the Production Planning (PP) - Material Management (MM) modules in S4/HANA and ECC.
What will you do?
- Support manufacturing, quality, and plant maintenance teams with production planning, scheduling, production confirmation, capacity management, and shop floor operations.
- Implement business process improvements using industry best practices and SAP functionality.
- Collaborate with functional analysts, consultants, and developers to configure or customize SAP solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including process flows, procedures, and training materials.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new SAP processes and functionalities.
- Measure the effectiveness of implemented SAP process improvements and assist in adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
- Act as a subject matter expert on SAP supply chain planning business processes, offering guidance to stakeholders as needed.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Excellent diagnostic skills with a knack for finding solutions to complex business processes.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a talent for collaborating efficiently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to create clear user documentation that defines processes and procedures.
- SAP certification(s) in relevant modules are a plus but not required.
- Willingness to travel 25-50% for production support and testing.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Strong comprehension of SAP business processes and integration between SAP PP/MM/SRM and other modules.
- SAP S/4HANA experience is required; SAP ECC experience is a plus.
