For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $112,000 - $168,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Are you ready to be part of Schneider Electric's Digital Transformation journey? We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Expert to play a crucial role in deploying and maintaining our ERP systems across North America, Latin and South America, and Europe. As a BPE, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining S/4HANA and SAP ECC Logistics (LO) and Warehouse Management (WM) applications throughout their lifecycle.
What will you do?
- Serve as the primary point of contact for S/4HANA implementation and support in ECC across multiple countries
- Assist in mapping local warehouse management processes to SAP solutions
- Expertise in Distribution Centers and 3rd Party Logistics, including experience with Manhattan WMS and Uber Freight TMS
- Manage EDI order processing and troubleshoot ASN structure and connections
- Define and configure system functionality to meet business requirements
- Lead system design, testing, and deployment, ensuring alignment with business processes
- Drive continuous improvement and user training across North America
- Act as a Change Agent, supporting business transformation and localization efforts
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and migration during ERP process
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Prior experience in Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain preferred
- Ability to independently design and configure SAP processes
- Strong attention to detail and quality of deliverables
- Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely
- Willingness to travel 25-50% to manufacturing locations
