Schneider Electric is seeking innovative and highly-skilled, personable professionals. They possess strong facilitation skills and the ability to translate and convey difficult concepts to groups with varied skill sets. This role is predominately focused on working with our direct customers (mainly distributors) and is considered as the face of Schneider Electric. The responsibilities of the Sales Representative for distributors is to ensure continuity and growth of business with our direct customers.
Job description:
- Member of Channel Team in charge of Serbia and Montenegro
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with distributors
- Define and follow distributor's action plan and yearly contract
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics for individual sales opportunities
- Organize and execute technical and commercial trainings for distributors
- Clearly understand competitors' business strategy and position of Schneider Electric's goods and services on the market (vs competition)
- Helping distributors to manage their customers (such as Panel Builders, Retail, OEM, end users, etc).
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze market's potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Helping Support and Maintenance team handle issues reported by customers
The ideal candidate for this position should have the following key skills/experience:
- Technical background
- Nice to have VII degree in electrical engineering
- Previous experience in sales of electrical goods (3 years or more)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Goal and target oriented
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Passion for learning and continuous improvements
