The Role: Sales Operations Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the team as a Sales Operations Manager in our Cavite office.

You will be responsible for managing and supervising the Service Sales Team covering the full range of Virtual Service Sales and Tendering activities, such as Sales target, pipeline management, customer interaction, for contracts, modernization, and digital services. This role is also responsible to ensure that the SLA for the TTQ is being attained.

What will you do?

• Monitoring the team's day-to-day performance thru BFO Salesforce Dashboard

• Collaboration and Engagement with local and overseas internal stakeholders.

• Preparing Monthly and Quarterly Business Review Report

• Achieve the Sales and Orders Target set to the VSSR Team

• Drives Continues Process Improvement for the team.

• Overseeing the process of preparing and submitting proposals or bids in response to customer requirements or requests for proposals.

• Manage Quote (RFQ) and ensure quote is being sent on time

Main interactions:

FSVP, Operational Marketing, Outside and Virtual Services Sales team, Services Tendering Team, FS Management team, GTMs and GFS Commercial Excellence

Key Success Factors

Close collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Operations team for collaborative orders and sales forecast
Collaboration with operational marketing to provide feedback on lead/opportunity generation and Data accuracy

Qualifications

Who would be successful?:

• Education: Business Administration or Engineering degree

• Job Related Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years experience in a professional environment.

• Must be results oriented with strong business acumen.
  • • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • • Sales oriented/ results oriented/ daring/ passionate/ team player/ organized/ resilient/voice clear & understandable/ engaging & enthusiastic
  • • Strong interpersonal skills, seeking new ways of learning to upskill himself or herself
  • • Basic to intermediate skill in MS Office products (Teams, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Bridge Front Office(bFO) is a plus.
  • • Familiarity with Schneider Electric products and services pyramid at least for core offers in LV / MV / IT is a plus

• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and build customer relationships.

• Successfully complete assigned training paths and successfully engage in technical

• sales conversations.

• Must have a thorough understanding of technology (BFO is a MUST) and a good understanding of business process and tools, as well as a strong understanding of the commercial sales process utilized today.

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to serve the business purpose

• Action plan definition and execution oriented

• Ability to work independently and operate with a high degree of autonomy
