What will you do?

Working with your assigned business unit and sales channel, you will support sales leadership and the sales team in achieving their goals by understanding the full sales cycle and the associated steps required. You will play a pivotal role within the sales organization by acting as a key advisor in areas related to sales planning, sales process optimization, sales analytics, CRM and digital tools.

  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership, understand their business needs and provide data-based recommendations to increase sales effectiveness and drive growth
  • Design, develop and execute the annual sales operating model. Lead the sales planning process and ensure alignment within the sales teams
  • Work closely with the LoB to deploy Global initiatives relevant to the sales channel
  • Drive sales management cadence meetings with the Sales Team to ensure proper execution of strategic sales initiatives
  • Provide input to define the appropriate sales coverage and set performance goals for the sales teams
  • Drive sales process discipline and adherence to golden rules. Monitor the pipeline health via a selection of KPIs to maintain data quality and forecast accuracy
  • Oversee and execute on the design of multiple dashboards and scorecards to provide consistency in measurement and analytics
  • Identify sales process gaps and drive resolution to improvements. Escalate pain points and cascade best practices
  • Provide business visibility for the CRM tool along with support on process for associated digital enablers.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 8+ years in sales operations, excellence or related field
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and strategies
  • Expertise in the Force.com platform
  • Strong background in data analysis
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Leadership and communication excellence
  • Ability to travel up to 10% mainly nationally
  • For QC-based candidates, French is required.
