Join Our Team as Service Sales Engineer within Global Service Sales

Are you ready to drive Schneider Electric's presence in the Danish market within our Global Service Sales division? We are seeking a dynamic individual to support our efforts in selling our Digital Power Service solutions to our customers and pursuing major projects in this exciting and rapidly growing sector!

Mission: As Service Sales Engineer, your mission will be to develop Schneider Electric's market shares into the Digital Power segment. You will play a crucial role in driving service sales through understanding our Digital Power business model, identifying key opportunities and pursuing major projects within the zone.

What will you do
  • Identify key client pain points & needs, build best tailor made and outcome-based services to address customer needs
  • Prepare commercial pitches with the support of the Digital Services Architect & support quotations with Tendering & Quotation Manager
  • Develop a healthy & accurate sales pipeline by converting warm leads into well-qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Key Account Managers.
  • Identify, reach, and engage key decision makers through networking, personal connections, client references, and industry events.
  • Research, develop and maintain competitive information resources.


You will work closely with our Key Account Managers, Digital Energy/Power Sales, Marketing, Service Architect and Tender Manager and other internal stakeholders to ensure maximum support for our customers.

What will help you succeed
  • Extensive experience in digital solution selling through consultative selling.
  • Driven by customer needs and able to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong technical and electrical engineering background and sales expertise in Digital Power Solutions.
  • Pragmatic, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a highly matrix environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Desire for continual learning & development of technology, analytics, cyber security, and industry trends
