We are currently seeking a Sales Engineer to join our National Sales Area DI team. Reporting to the Area Sales DI Customer Section Manager, you will be focusing on follow up/maintain institute customer, push forward &complete diagram & recommendation of Schneider Electric products/system/solution in DI projects. The primary responsibility of the role includes (but is not limited to):
- Follow up /maintain Key DI customers routinely
- Recommend Schneider electric 's product/system/solution to customer, make customer to adopt the design &diagram
- Provide DI customer with comprehensively technology support, help company's related department to provide customer with integral solution support
- Based on company's Customer Plan, execute a series of customer activities, develop the relationship between DI customer and Schneider electric's customer, improve their satisfactory
- Work closely with other sales team, make DI customer play a useful role in project procedure, serve for the project's final success
- Complete company's assigned DI sales target

Qualifications
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria:
- Degree (Bachelors and above preferred) in Electric Engineering / Automation
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Sales skills
- Communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Product knowledge
- Power system
- Initiative (Self-motivated, try to achieve work objectives in positive attitude)
- Team work spirit (The ability & attitude to cooperate with others to reach work goals)
- Planning & organizing (The ability to plan & organize resources to achieve goals independently)
- Basic communication skills in English
