As our new Account Manager, you will be part of our sales force in the Industrial Automation Division of Schneider Electric. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships and sales to end customers and system integrators in the utility, food and manufacturing industries. Your focus will be on automation solutions and industrial products, and you will naturally involve the entire Schneider portfolio where it provides value to the customer.

What You'll be doing:

  • Responsible for offering the market's broadest portfolio of products, systems and solutions that are part of our IoT platform EcoStruxure.
  • Secure sales targets in conjunction with the team and your manager.
  • Work exclusively with 30-40 selected focus customers, whilst continuing the pursuit of new and passive ones.
  • Preparing and finalizing quotes and processing potential projects.
  • Building strong internal relationships and working with stakeholders to build customer satisfaction.

What Will Help You Succeed:
  • A minimum of five years of experience in technical sales
  • Experience in automation with SCADA, PLC, HMI, robot, Servo/Motion, frequency converters.
  • Experience in service and project sales is preferred.
  • Technical education.
  • Good experience using IT - including the Office suite and Salesforce.
  • Fluency in both Danish and English is a requirement.

Personally, you are self-driven and you are able to create good relationships as an outgoing and trustworthy partner who follows up and actively uses your technical knowledge to provide customers with good guidance. In the team, we will know you as a systematic and structured colleague who is able to think strategically and result-oriented in both the short and long term. In return, we will support you and ensure that you have a large internal interface and close collaboration with the other sales teams in the division. A team of application engineers will support you in the technical area.
