Safety & Environmental Field Specialist
Location: Remote (with travel across Oxford, Reading, Cambridge and occassional UK wide)

We're looking for a Safety & Environmental Field Specialist to help drive our health and safety strategy across customer sites and engineering teams. What You'll Do:
• Support engineers and customers with safety expertise.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and investigations across a variety of customer sites, including construction, engineering, and installation.

• Provide training, guidance, and awareness sessions to employees and subcontractors.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Collect and analyse safety data to improve practices and drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
• Health & Safety expertise - NEBOSH Certificate (minimum) or NVQ Level 3 in Health & Safety.
• Experience in a similar role, ideally within construction or engineering.
• Ability to train and influence teams, making safety a shared responsibility.
• Strong audit and investigation skills, with experience in risk assessment.
• A proactive and approachable mindset, comfortable working with a range of stakeholders.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (typically 4 days per week on-site).
