The Residential Segment Marketing Manager will lead the development of a robust segment strategy that is aligned with the overall business and commercial objectives, and aimed at significantly enhancing revenue generation. This strategic plan will drive awareness and preference for the residential segment among key decision makers, partners, and influencers, leveraging marketing campaigns, and commercial strategic plans.

We are seeking an ideal candidate with a drive for fostering growth and a history of executing successful marketing strategies. Exceptional communication skills and a talent for cultivating strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers are essential for this role.

What do you get to do in this position?
  • Deliver an innovative segment marketing strategy to support commercial and business growth ambition for key residential channels.
  • Work with local stakeholders to understand your target persona's, the competitive landscape and trends impacting segment market share. Deep dive further to understand the current situation, the impact and corrective action required for successful growth.
  • Develop segment strategy in collaboration with commercial stakeholders, including senior management, commercial lead and sales teams, and work with Marketing Specialists for planning and execution of plans.
  • Collaborate with offer managers to create effective marketing plans for new home line products. Develop product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
  • Oversee the brand's positioning, messaging, and identity for the residential segment and new products. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and communications.
  • Develop and execute lead generation initiatives, including but not limited to content marketing, webinars, events, and partnerships. Drive the creation of high-quality content tailored to the defined audience.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
  • Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, materials, and resources to effectively communicate the value proposition of products to target audience.
  • Manage budgets to ensure marketing campaigns are cost-effective and deliver maximum ROI.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing and/or business management. MBA preferred.
  • At least 10 years' of experience in marketing strategy development and execution for B2B segment or vertical marketing (including: content creation, launch/promotional campaigns, digital campaigns, thought leadership activities, and event integration).
  • High degree of initiative and pro-active management, and able to work in a multi-functional team.
  • Open to change and must embrace the concept of continuous improvement.
  • Ability to travel domestically <20>
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and interpret marketing performance metrics,
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-functional team, and cross teams and departments and mentor junior levels.
