What will you do?
- Grow the Remote Operation sales within the Americas with focus on the Latin America region by promoting the LoB's Products, Solutions, Services and Roadmaps in order to bring added value in deployment to the Countries with adapted marketing mix to address their Markets & Customers.
- Products, Solutions, Software and Services differentiation vs competition considering the different geographical dynamics and maximizing launch efficiency to reach our VI target.
- Channels (place) to address the market : Distribution, SI, Contractor, OEM, PB, e-commerce
- Price adaption to Market / Channel / Ambition / Differentiation (Medium) / Value based pricing
- Promotion related to launches and our strategy: EcoStruxure, Prescription Market Segments, Channels, social networks,...
- People upskilling and building the right ecosystem to deploy our expanding software and hardware portfolio by driving blue-print marketing organization.
- Process regarding applying right methodologies and initiatives to maximize our market-share.
- Piloting new ideas/actions and if succeeds replicate it in other geographies
- Capitalizing on in-depth knowledge of customer process, applications and decision criteria within the Remote Operations portfolio, this person will work inside the region closely with to bring a differentiating value proposition to the customer, leveraging the complete Schneider Electric offer portfolio
- Logistic: Global SIOP alignement and shortage crisis management
- Contribute to LoB roadmap
- Understand local market price as supported by local country feedback
- Saturation of all channels within SE
- Annucal Marketing and Sales Plan (AMSP) coordinator for region
- Become familiar with competitors in region
