What will you do?
  1. Identify key transformations which are critical to Zone performance and lead the transformation along with the zone team for applicable scope
    • Demonstrate experise in functional area (Supply Planning & Inventory / Manufacuring Planning & Upstream)
    • Identify critical transformations by Zone (e.g. N-tier planning for Cavite Manufacturing, MEIO for Panel Builder segment, Ops Interlock by Country...)
    • Lead the transformation along with Zone team using standard methodology (e.g. DMAIC)
    • Demonstrate sustainable results and competency creation in zones
  2. Design and deploy 'Management System' for abnormality detection and resolution using global platforms (Kinaxis, E2E CT, Baxter)
    • Define a mechanism to monitor Master Data and Transactional Data to identify Abnormalities (e.g Long E2E Lead Time, incorrect sourcing networks, stocking policy etc)
    • Define 'Alerts' with esclation methodology and SLA for resolution
    • Animate governance at GSC International level to ensure compliance and protect performance
  3. Influence Global teams to develop process and capabilities to support the necessary transformations
  4. Accountable along with the Zone transformation team to drive functional competency and 'Green Sites' within GSC International

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Min 10 years experience in Operational and Planning functions
  • Masters Degree or equivalent
  • Need a global view with the ability to understand and deploy corporate strategy for their scope / process while being structured & process-oriented
  • Strong communication with ability to influence and convince stakeholders; Resilient in the face of challenge
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results - solid network management
  • Business & Digital acumen
  • Excellent leadership, project management as well as team player & builder
