We are looking for a Services Planner to join our team

As as Services Planner you will support Services team in planning daily and monthly activities and be in charge that all the safety measures are being followed. You will be in charge of client communications and preparing administrative support to the Services team in Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

What will you do?
  • Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement an efficient services intervention program, including contingency plans to address potential issues.
  • Work Orders and Safety: Prepare relevant work orders for interventions and ensure Safety Work Permits are issued for all Field Engineers.
  • Project Management: Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, addressing any day-to-day issues promptly and providing rapid responses to customer requests.
  • Logistics Support: Assist the Logistics Manager with inventory issues, ensuring parts are staged as needed to support planning methodologies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with diverse functions, including local and European teams. Participate in meetings with field services engineers, sales individuals, finance department, product managers, customers, and partners. Utilize digital tools and services to enhance collaboration.
  • Business Case Development: Assist in developing business cases, including costing and customer needs assessments.
  • Construction Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
  • Data Management: Enter, organize, track, and maintain relevant services data and information in the system.
  • Pricing and Financial Agreements: Understand pricing offer lists, financial agreements, terms of cooperation, and discount ranges. Handle requests for special prices and negotiate pricing as needed.
  • Team Competency Development: Monitor team members' competencies and coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure appropriate training paths are followed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Report on specific KPIs, create forecasts, and progress reports. Conduct system and business analysis using BI tools.
  • Preparing Service Offers: Collaboration with Sales department.
  • Health & Safety: Making sure all safety procedures are being followed.


What qualifications will make you succesful:
  • Technical background, VI or VII level degree
  • 3+ years of experience in power engineering or similar field
  • Experience in data analysis
  • CRM and planning software will be considered as a plus
  • Experience with Health & Safety procedures will be considered as a plus
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders on all levels
  • Self-driven, able to work autonomously and take initiative
  • Passion for learning and continuous improvement
  • Culture of customer first
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast changing environment
