Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!
- Primary Interface to Plants Supply Chain Managers, Regions VP & Finance Business Partners, member of the region management board on behalf of SC Planning & Logistics function
- Responsible to coordinate the supply chain of the plants to support growth, resolution of critical supply chain disruptions while acting as the first escalation level from plants to Global ETO Central function for Supply Chain matters.
- Responsible to act as SPOC and coordinate new product launch for respective entities consistent with BU and Global ETO transversal Leader (when applicable)
- Accountable to monitor and manage respective plants SCPL performance from root causes robustness to effectiveness of improvement plan, for the deliverables of performance of their respective plants
- Responsible to work with respective plants to define, structure, deploy and execute continuous improvement initiatives addressing the 3 golden dimensions (People, Processes, Tools) so as to ensure basics remain in place over time, to meet Schneider Production System Standards, to deliver continuous improvement on Planning & Logistics operational performance (ISSR, SOTD, OTDS, OTDT, OTDC, BOV, LTO, Fill Rate, ASR) and best-in-class customer experience on delivery touchpoint.
- Responsible to ensure deployment and compliance to logistics regulations (Import / Export compliance, Dangerous goods handling process...)
- Co ntribute to transversal Supply Chain transformation initiatives by actively driving change, adoption and fast-track execution for respective plants.
- Contribute to define and update the SPS standards for nominated cards in collaboration with Global ETO SCPL Business Process Owner (BPO), participate to SPS Audits
- Accountable to ensure Standard Operating Procedure are in place for related scope of plants.
- Accountable of Global ETO SCPL standardized processes adoption and compliance for respective plants connected with transversal leaders and BPO.
Qualifications
About You
- Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or supply chain management.
- Min. 7 Years of Experience in Manufacturing & Supply Chain.
- Experience in continuous improvement.
- Digital Acumen is a must.
- Fluency in English Language
- Skills:
- Professional user of Microsoft Office.

- Adapting and responding to change.
