What will you do?
Enablers:
• Work closely with the project team and purchasers to define and form the best possible vendor base for Schneider Electric.

• Build strong supplier relationships with critical vendors
• Create and deploy the tactical plan for your region focusing on the key priorities of safety, quality, delivery, cost and digitalization of the P2P process.
• Be obsessed with delighting our external and internal customers.
Tendering:
• Secure that the right support is proactively provided to the tendering team.
• Through the team provide opportunities for cost reduction and value optimization.
• Secure that the supplier base is prequalified and that the risk profile is assessed and addressed in the tender phase.
• Secure back-to-back conditions for T&Cs.
• Make sure RFX is deployed as part of due diligence process
Execution:
• Secure the right commercial vendor negotiations for Schneider.
• Aling the roles and responsibilities between the PSSC team and the project manager
• Follow the critical deliveries for the project
• Secure the right engagements with the project execution team to secure the best possible experience for our end customer.
• Follow the main risks related to procurement and supply chain for the project to secure early detection and mitigation.
Building the best team:
• Secure the right expertise and talents in the team
• Focus on the development plan and exposure of your employees
• Drive capability building • Strong focus on providing feedback and coaching to the employees
• Develop a matrix mindset within the team.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- 10+ years of experience in of procurement/ supply chain/ project management in a project context
- Minimum 5+ years as a leadership role within Supply Chain/ Procurement (project context)
- Track record from driving end-to-end transformation to optimize the current set-up
- International experience
- Degree in Business / Engineering / any discipline
