Primary Responsibilities:
- Qualify, develop, and close leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Present to customers our portfolio capabilities and value proposition.
- Prepare and present proposals.
- Develop and support inside sales campaigns.
Attributes Critical to Your Success:
- Experience in software selling.
- Experience in electrical calculation and electrical CAD software is a plus.
- Self-motivated, driven with the ability to successfully follow-up on leads and close deals.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver inside sales campaigns.
Skills and Competencies:
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in software sales, with a focus on lead generation, qualification, and closure.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical calculation and electrical CAD software is advantageous .
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present portfolio capabilities and value propositions.
- Proposal Development: Ability to prepare and present compelling proposals that address customer needs.
- Campaign Management: Experience in developing and executing successful inside sales campaigns.
- Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-Motivation: Highly driven and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple leads and close deals efficiently.
- Customer Focus: Ability to understand and address customer needs, providing solutions that meet their requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or certificate in a relevant field
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the software industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Fluency in multiple languages (English is mandatory)
