We are seeking a dynamic East Asia (EA) Regional DC Planning Transformation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive standardization through global solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will be accountable for the success of new transformation projects within the related domain and achieving key deliverables. You will lead and ensure the horizontal deployment of both global and regional initiatives within the East Asia region. Additionally, you will establish governance processes, ensure user adoption, and upskill planning competencies within the domain. Join us in making a significant impact!
What will you do?
- Develop and execute the Distribution Center (DC) planning transformation roadmap in alignment with regional / global initiatives.
- Lead and ensure the horizontal deployment of both regional and global initiatives within the EA region.
- Establish governance processes, ensure user adoption, and upskill planning competencies.
- Drive standardization across the region in demand and supply planning for DC scope.
- Identify improvement opportunities in end-to-end supply chain planning.
- Collaborate with SMEs to create necessary documentation and training materials.
- Identify digital and automation scalability, working with analytics and global teams to develop solutions.
- Manage projects effectively, conducting VSM/Kaizen workshops, and ensuring actions are KPI-driven for productivity and efficiency.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- More than 5 years Technical experience in supply chain management under DC Territory.
- At least 2 years in Project Management and involved in Project with Digital Solution is preferrable.
- Has experience working across multi-culture & diverse background. Has strong people engagement mindset.
- Ability to understand the E2E Supply Chain Planning & identify improvement opportunity in different planning horizon.
- Strong understanding in Supply Chain Principles, Process, Tool and VSM/Kaizen.
- Has good communication & presentation skill, able to describe and explain situation in holistic view and wise in making conversation with different stakeholders.
- Good digital acumen, understand the Digital Strategy of Company and its value proposition. Brings-up Innovative ways to improve User Digital Experience.
- Foster Collaboration & Networking, develop broad networks and seeks for synergies and opportunities both internally and externally.
- Understand the nature of changes, Challenge the status of quo and be bold to drive innovation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
