What will you do?
- Develop deep insights into regional business processes, identifying optimization and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between regional stakeholders and global process owners, ensuring effective alignment and communication.
- Utilize regional process knowledge to define a global standard aligned with industry best practices.
- Drive the implementation of global best practices and standards within regional operations.
- Support plant master data transformation and engage regionally on domain-specific matters.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Proficiency in process mapping tools, ERP systems, and order fulfillment tools.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
- Capacity to develop and communicate a clear strategic vision for process improvement initiatives.
- Up to 50% travel
