Regional BPO Leader UNIFY - GSC International
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional BPO Lead to play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation and adoption of the UNIFY templates across our GSC Entities in International. He/She will be responsible for coordinating Domain Regional BPO, ensuring timely and effective implementation of the template within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain precise knowledge of the manufacturing and logistics solutions within his/her team and ensure knowledge transfer to the sites. Assure the right level of skills & qualification reside in his/her team and in the plant to successfully adopt the templates

• Provide guidance to ensure consistent and accurate template deployment: Participate to the scoping, Develop and execute a comprehensive regional governance plan with templates teams, monitor timelines, milestones, and governance structures & procedures.
• Accountable of the adoption of the targeted business and date processes. Monitor and evaluate the quality of implementation, before and after go live, ensure adherence to the template and established standards (esp SPS). Set up the process to arbitrate requests for process enhancements. Be in close contact with functions and entities, seek for feedback to propose training, design documentation and solution improvement / enrichment thru Design Authority
• Run strategy : help defining run organization with Schneider Digital team . Deploy Run organization on sites &, assess regularly effectiveness.
• rBPO Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with regional BPO, acting as the primary point of contact for all implementation-related matters
• Training and Enablement: Develop and deliver with the template team, comprehensive training programs to rBPO and key users on the solution, and best practices for adoption.
• Change Management: Proactively identify and address potential challenges and roadblocks to implementation, developing and implementing effective change management strategies.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to implementation progress, methodology enhancement. Analyze data, and generate reports to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve the implementation process, identify best practices, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the template.
• Stakeholder Management: Drive a close relationship with Global template Team members & leaders. Effectively communicate implementation progress and address any stakeholder concerns or issues. . Structure the built and animation of the community of Domain Team Leader by the regional Business process owner.
• Support rBPO in starting to build communities in Domains by leveraging Key users community, DTL community. Helping to create animation in sites under J2R, in deployment or in run.
• Lead rBPO : support defining better rBPO deliveries & expectations by continuously challenging rBPO communicating domain strategy to sites under J2R and not only deployment
Qualifications:
•
• Lean background, SPS auditor, with solid understanding of Supply chain processes, and their key performance indicators (KPIs).
• You have practiced business process /activity mapping in lean/6 sigma activities and have a successful track of records leading entire projects or taking the lead of a main stream activity, preferably within the digital field.
• You have a relevant operation management experience, in factory and / or Distribution centers, engaging team in significant transformations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Problem solver, process-oriented with strong analytical skills. Has a natural inclination toward simplification and harmonization; Not focused on 'invented here'
• Affinity with data management and its importance in supply chain processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.

In this role, you will be
- Assuring the proper level of skills & qualification reside at the plant or facility to successfully deploy the loss elimination skill needed for the CBN
- Providing Site Leadership a calibrated assessment of IWS implementation form a point of view of total integration of the pillars
- Providing direct coaching to Site Leadership teams so they know what the next step is, why the next step is important and how to do the next step while creating capability to deliver stable and predictable operations
- Promoting reapplication of approaches and techniques globally while assuring the tools used are being used according to the standard
- Ensuring close alignment with the Manufacturing Director on the IWS Strategy for the GBU
- Acting as a potential building block of future Plant Manager & PS Leaders that can coach, benchmark and work closely with the different sites, organizations & operations
- Collaborate with functional SAP architects and analysts to understand system capabilities and business requirements.
- Oversee and document end-to-end supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Ensure the successful implementation of supply chain changes and new processes within the business.
- Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to monitor supply chain effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of supply chain processes.
- Provide strategic direction and support to business users on new processes and system functionalities.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve supply chain disruptions.
- Report regularly to the Global Supply Chain Director on process performance and improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including inventory management, logistics, and procurement.
- Experience with process mapping and optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems , Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and/or Webshop systems.
- Lean background or experience with Lean methodologies.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time, depending on project requirements.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
- Affinity with master data management and its importance in supply chain processes.
