Furthermore, collaborate closely with strategy lead within Industrial Automation and segment business to deploy best practices, share market intelligence and align country resourcing and support. Your IMPACT:
- Develop the growth plan of the MMM POEMs in conjunction with business objectives, focused on prescription, specification, pipeline generation and order intake
- Develop executive level relationships with key POEMs, establishing commercial frame objectives and mutually agreed business objectives
- Define the prioritization of POEM to focus on, considering impact on accounts and countries
- Build a strong network of sales & pre-sales team in countries, capable to promote our UVP's into the MMM POEM's
- Develop the MMM commercial ecosystem in order to accelerate business through POEMs
- Be the MMM interlocutor of the different LoBs to sell their offers through the POEM's
- Specifically taking a full solution view in order to deliver an end-to-end value proposition to the selected POEMs
- Master the key differentiators of Software, Sustainability and Services and bring this to the POEM environment

Your Profile:
- A highly motivated, driven individuals that is able to build long lasting strategic relationships that result in business growth
- Strong experience in global sales/account management for End-Users or POEM's / OEM's and related customer type
- Experience with POEM's (either working for one or selling to)
- Knowledge or previous experience in complex solution selling
- Natural leadership and influencing skills with strong execution capability to think several steps ahead and take proactive steps to address roadblocks and issues. Convince Executive level about strategy
- Knowledge and track record of developing multi-country frame agreements (legal and commercial)
- Knowledge on Industrial Software
- High degree of endurance and flexibility to work through multiple iterations of work
- Multicultural and business acumen to work globally
- Excellent written and oral business communication skills with fluency in both English and the local language (e.g. German, Swedish, Danish or Norwegian)
