What You'll Do

  • Lead and build a highly engaged, skilled, and innovative team of application engineers, software tool developers, and technical project leaders.
  • Drive Agile development by implementing and refining methodologies to achieve efficient, high-quality product delivery, robust version control, and responsive support.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to accurately translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, comprehensive project plans, and measurable deliverables.
  • Manage all phases of the product lifecycle, ensuring seamless progression from design and development through rigorous testing, efficient implementation, and sustained support.
  • Effectively forecast and manage team budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project milestones and strategic business objectives.
  • Establish and enforce rigorous quality control processes, including comprehensive code reviews, thorough testing, and detailed documentation, to guarantee product reliability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate strategically with supply chain teams, external vendors, and internal Schneider stakeholders to optimize product industrialization and ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve as a Technical Project Leader, driving the successful execution of high-priority projects through proactive ownership and diligent adherence to timelines and budgets.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of experience in developing or implementing Industrial/Critical Infrastructure control systems.
  • Strong understanding of OT cybersecurity principles, best practices, and standards (e.g., IEC 62443).
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing technical teams.
  • Hands-on expertise with industrial software, applications, virtualization tools, and networking components.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
