• Design & Animate a Robust Annual CoS/QVE Productivity Program per Product Range or Per Plant arranging with Stakeholders to bring innovation.
• Animate a Matrix Team at Product Range level building the network with the plant different teams, Change Owners & LoB.

• Put in place strong Governance, Workshops & Events per Product Range & follow up on results & action plan with monthly & quarterly reporting.
• Ensures enough ideas in the pipe & Accelerate the Execution of QVE & CoS ideas driving improvement for procurement to be in coherence with both product range objectives and plants.
• Review with change owners, PPL, PO the different Technical Impact Analysis (TIA) & Part Validation Plan (PVP) ensuring simplification of the Qualification Plan.
• Build, deploy and maintain operational reports and dashboards at Product Range Level for Technical Productivity.
• Drive simplification and standardization of the Qualification Plan with the different stakeholders (LoB, MVO, Quality ...etc.)
Qualifications
About You
Education: Master's in engineering
Language: Fluent English spoken & written /Another Language is a Plus
Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in Procurement / project management/ Technical Antenna
Strong Technical Background
Skills: Communication and negotiation skills , effective in a cross-cultural environment to foster collaboration
- Ability to influence & convince in a complex matrix organization.
- Autonomy , and energy to drive large set of projects.
- Sound Leadership
- Change Mgt Capabilities to effectively lead the change.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate information into actionable insights.

- Proven ability to lead transformational projects with successful implementation.
- Driven , self-motivated, self-starter, positive attitude , strong work ethics.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
- Ability to interact effectively with various levels of management is required. Excellent presentation & facilitation skills plus effective listening skills, high energy, and engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, demonstrate confident decision-making capability and achieve credibility with colleagues at all levels.
