As a member of the Quotations Quality Program Team, the Quotations Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for responding to requests for confirmation of our compliance with project funding requirements. These compliance confirmations will include researching compliance criteria and evaluating whether we satisfy those criteria based on, for example, where our products are manufactured and assembled.

The Quotations Compliance Coordinator will work closely with members of the Digital Power Systems Sales and Quotations teams, and will leverage tools like Bridge Front Office (bFO), Quote to Cash and Tableau.

  • Identify all project documents from Support Requests (SR) in Bridge Front Office (bFO) and SE Advantage
  • Review a project's domestic preference requirements typically found in the solicitation or contract
  • Review the quote or order for compliance to the applicable regulation.
  • Reach out to plants and different Business Units for additional information when needed
  • Utilize different programs for product information (ex.. SE.com, SAP, Bridge, SE Advantage, Tableau, Q2C, and others)
  • Navigate government websites for research on the requirements
  • Perform research on current changes to regulations, keep up to date on these changes and recent waivers, etc., and provide documentation on findings to stakeholders
  • Update project documentation with notes from research regarding compliance statuses
  • Formalize information into a response letter for the Support Request and communicate with original requestor

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Automation, etc).
  • Must have a basic to proficient understanding of the following: Microsoft Office 365
  • The candidate must be a self-motivated team player with time management, leadership, organizational, verbal communications, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly read and digest substantial amounts of written material, and act decisively on them.
  • Must be able to effectively use company software programs/collaborative tools and manage several tasks simultaneously.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
