About the Role: As our Quality Systems Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in designing and deploying quality systems and document control systems within our Tijuana site. You'll conduct internal audits and coordinate with various entities and customer audits to ensure we uphold our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the overall quality management system within the entity as the Integrated Management System Engineer (IMSE).
Build, maintain, and continuously improve our Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Prepare, validate, and implement audit plans, leading resulting actions to drive improvements.
Conduct and plan internal audits, ensuring a robust pool of internal auditors.
Update and enhance our Health & Safety, Environment & Energy, and Quality manuals in line with regulations and customer expectations.
Empower process owners to describe, measure (KPIs), review, and improve processes.
Challenge process owners to proactively manage risks and lead systemic action plans.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Management) are a plus!
Experience: Proven experience in quality management systems, particularly in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001).
Skills: Strong understanding of quality assurance and control principles.
Excellent auditing skills with experience in internal audit planning and execution.
Ability to lead and engage cross-functional teams effectively.Proficient in data analysis and KPI-driven decision-making.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Personal Attributes: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Proactive approach in identifying improvement areas and driving change.Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
Certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or similar quality certifications.Relevant Health & Safety certifications.
