Schneider Electric is looking for the Quality Lead to join our team! As the Quality Lead overseeing the comprehensive scope of the Quality function, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by managing quality planning, resource allocation, and establishing robust standards for our products and services.

Mission:

  • Supervise the complete scope of the Quality function or more than two specific quality sub-functions
    as the ultimate person in charge of customer satisfaction.
  • Organize/manage the Quality function within a given entity (includes quality planning, allocation of
    resources and quality measurements).
  • Advise management regarding quality matters.
  • Establish acceptable standards with defined limits of variation in quality of the material, size, weight,

  • Implement operational techniques and perform activities aimed both at monitoring a process and at
    eliminating causes of unsatisfactory performance at relevant stage of the quality loop (quality spiral) in
    order to result in economic effectiveness

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manages the Process/Continuous improvement within their unit to support Customer Satisfaction and
      Quality.
    • Manages cross functional teams, implements operational technique and performs activities aimed
      both at monitoring a process and at eliminating causes of dissatisfaction.


    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • Proven 3-5 years experience as a Quality Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Familiarity with production line processes, particularly in switchgear manufacturing and system integration.
    • Demonstrated experience in adapting products or systems to meet local market needs and standards.
    • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
    • Strong background in manufacturing processes, with an emphasis on quality assurance and continuous improvement.
    • Proficiency in quality control methodologies and tools.
    • Ability to analyze data and implement corrective actions effectively.
