Quality Assurance Engineer
In Schneider Electric, we are looking for a Quality Engineer in CDMX to join our team in a temporary role with the possibility of extension based on performance.
What will you be doing in this position?
- Identify potential issues before they occur and implement preventive solutions.
- Solve quality manufacturing issues affecting customers quickly and effectively through containment, correction and prevention steps.
- Ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied and consistent with Failure Mode Effect Analysis (Challenge supervisors to identify and manage risks in a preventive mode)
- Lead Process Audits and Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis
- Lead containment actions, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving on their sector

Qualifications
This may be the next step in your career journey if you have:
- Bachelor in Engineering or Equivalent
- Desirable experience in the automotive industry
- Knowledge in quality improvement tools (Six Sigma, Lean, Ishikawa), techniques & models like Poka Yokes
- Strong knowledge in handling of non-conforming product and first piece release
- 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Identify Opportunities in manufacturing processes, address six sigma projects to reduce variation.
- Intermediate to advanced level of English
