Work location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

About the role: There are various Business and Digital transformation initiatives within Schneider Digital for delivering required outcomes. This role's pivotal responsibility would be to lead Quality initiatives across the SD organization, taking up complete end-to-end ownership of Quality Management, right from understanding Business pain-points to showcasing the continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Certifications

1. Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or Master's in Business Administration (MBA)

2. Certified in one or more Quality certifications viz. - CMMi, Six Sigma, CSM, ITIL, SAFE Agile, etc.

Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience

Functional

1. 8 - 11 years of Quality / SQA experience, working in the IT organization of MNCs

1. Must have hands-on experience in defining & Implementing CMMi (preferably 2.0) for an IT organization

2. Manage external & internal Assessments & Audits

2. Experience in leading Quality / Transformation / Strategic / Six Sigma Projects

3. Go-to-person for all Quality related information

4. Coordinating the overall governance for the quality initiatives & certifications

5. Should have knowledge of all IT processes including SLA management, Issue tracking, conducting CIM & P1 Process Audits, documenting RCAs and actions, Tracking & Reporting Delivery KPIs

6. Experience in ISMS is an added advantage especially hands-on experience in BCP & DR

7. Must be experienced in working with tools such as Service Now & Tableau

8. Capture, Monitor & Analyze Performance KPIs for the delivery organization and report key insights that'll help improve the efficiency & performance

9. Should be able to challenge the existing Quality Service Catalogue and suggest improvements and possible new areas to take the QA team to the next level

10. Should have good knowledge of SDLC and various Software development frameworks (Agile, Iterative, DEVOPS)

11. Should have the ability to conduct Trainings on all Quality-related tools & processes

12. Experience in managing senior stakeholders

1. Total experience of 5 - 9 years, with excellent communication and coordination skills.

13. Foresight and ability to plan with little or no information

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Accountability & end-to-end responsibility of CMMi Definition & Implementation

2. Engage in all the activities related to external CMMi Assessment & Audits

3. Define QMS for the organization

4. Collect the project & RUN metrics to identify the deviations; derive insights & inferences

5. Tracking and following up the action items at a project/org. level

6. Ensure all quality requests are addressed in a timely manner with optimal solution

7. Conducting regular trainings on processes

8. Effectively plan & organize work to deliver consistent results

9. Ensure regular and optimal communication with all stakeholders

Shift Timings -
  • Regular IST Time zone - Day shift
  • 2 Days working from Office is a must
